Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
At Spizuh, we guarantee the quality and freshness of our spices. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once a bag has been opened.

2. Eligibility for Return/Refund
A return or refund may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged/Leaking Packaging: If the product packaging is damaged or leaking upon delivery.
  • Wrong Product Shipped: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Quality Issue: If there is a genuine, verifiable quality defect (e.g., obvious signs of moisture, adulteration, or spoilage).

3. Process for Initiation

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Contact us immediately at +91 76192 35492 or info@spizuh.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs/video as proof.
  • Do not dispose of the product. We may require it to be returned to us for quality inspection.

4. Resolution
Upon verification of the issue:

  • We will arrange for a pickup of the affected product at our cost.
  • Once received and verified, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement product, as per your preference.
    Refund will be credited within 4-5 days to the original source of payment method.
    Replacement/Exchanged will be delivered within 4-5 days.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened bags of spices are not eligible for return or refund unless a quality issue is verified by our team.
